How to take measurements

All measurements are made in underwear, in a standing position.
Chest around - the measuring tape is applied on three main points: on the upper line of the side of the bra, under the armpit and in the protruding place of the chest. It is important that when moving the tape on the cup of the bra up or down the size does not increase, but only decreases - in this case, the measurements will be correct.
Waist around - is the minimum tape length, that is, when moving up / down, the size only grows. Not all women have a waist located at the level of the navel, the natural curve can be higher or lower, and your task is to find the smallest size.
Hips around - measuring tape is applied not in the middle of the buttock, but on the most protruding part of it, while at the same time it should not fall down or overestimate in front - the circumference should be parallel to the floor.


Do you ship outside of the Canada and US?

Yes, we ship to any international destination!*

Unfortunately, if an order has shipped to a country with suspended service, the order will be returned back to us.

How much is shipping?

We offer Free Local Delivery or Pick-Up for all orders over $50 in Toronto Area.

Canada - Free standard shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before tax), or $15 CAD for standard shipping.

US - $20 CAD for standard shipping on orders over $300 CAD (before tax), or $25 CAD for standard shipping.

International (excluding Australia) - $20 CAD standard shipping on orders over $500 CAD (before tax), or $40 CAD for standard shipping.

Australia - $20 CAD standard shipping on orders over $600 CAD (before tax), or $50 CAD for standard shipping.


Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

How long does it take for my delivery?

Orders are typically processed from our warehouse in one day. During a high volume of orders, processing takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping times:

Local free pick-up service - 2- 4 business days

(if the item is available in our Toronto store it can take 1-2 business days)

Local free delivery in Toronto Area - 2- 4 business days

(if the item is available in our Toronto store it can take 1-2 business days)

USA and Canada standard shipping – 5 to 12 business days

International standard shipping – 7 to 12 business days

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-ordered items are estimated to ship in 2-4 weeks, but please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will do our absolute best to get your piece(s) to you as soon as possible. Orders placed with a mix of in stock and pre-ordered items will be put on hold until your entire order is ready for fulfillment.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-ordered items, you will be refunded your full amount. 

Will I be charged duties or importing fees?

Please note items shipped outside of the United States or Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through SA/MO Collection Inc. by Samira Morshedi.

Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

What courier service do you use?

We use DHL eCommerce, USPS, UPS, FedEx and Canada Post for orders shipped to the US and Canada, and DHL Express for all international orders.

Please note once an international order arrives in the destination country, DHL may pass off the delivery to the local courier service. Your DHL tracking page will include the Tracking # provided by the local courier service.


What is your return policy?

Quality is something we guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund (return) on purchased products within 7 days from the day you receive your order. Returned products must have their original tags attached, have no signs of wear, and original product packaging must be intact. If it has been more than 7 days since you receive your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Canada Returns:

Prepaid free return labels will be provided by SAMO, which you can find it in your package or access through the LINK HERE

US Returns:

A return label will be provided upon request and returns for a refund will be subject to a $10 CAD handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This fee does not apply to returns for exchange or store credit.

International Returns:

At this time SAMO does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders. We will be looking into providing this in the future. For international return instructions, please email

IMPORTANT: Should you want to return items from several orders (or more than one order), it is essential that you request collection for each one and according to the number of boxes you wish to return. SAMO is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with the request for collection of a different order.    

When selecting a delivery method not provided for in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss.

Can I cancel my order?

You have up until 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel any order that includes a product with a longer lead time (i.e. items that will be ready to ship in approximately 1-2 weeks).

Please note that lead times may vary and are listed on the product page. 
Any cancelation request received after the initial 24 hours will unfortunately not be honoured and customers will be required to follow our standard Refund Policy procedure.

Can I edit my order?

You have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to edit any order in the capacity of changing or adding items, and/or requesting multiple orders to be shipped together. You may edit your shipping address up until you have received confirmation that your order has been fulfilled and ready for shipment.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the returned product in good condition, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. All refunds will be applied to the original payment, excluding shipping fees.
