What is your return policy?
Quality is something we guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund (return) on purchased products within 7 days from the day you receive your order. Returned products must have their original tags attached, have no signs of wear, and original product packaging must be intact. If it has been more than 7 days since you receive your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Are returns free?
Prepaid free return labels will be provided by SA\MO, which you can find it in your package.
Prepaid return labels and DHL flyer will be provided by SA\MO, and returns for a refund will be subject to a $10 CAD handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This fee does not apply to returns for exchange or store credit.
At this time SA\MO does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders. We will be looking into providing this in the future. For international return instructions, please email email@example.com
IMPORTANT: Should you want to return items from several orders (or more than one order), it is essential that you request collection for each one and according to the number of boxes you wish to return. Sa\Mo is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with the request for collection of a different order.
When selecting a delivery method not provided for in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss.
The following items are non-refundable and are final sale:

• Gift cards
Can I cancel my order?
You have up until 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel any order that includes a product with a longer lead time (i.e. items that will be ready to ship in approximately 1-2 weeks).
Please note that lead times may vary and are listed on the product page.
Any cancelation request received after the initial 24 hours will unfortunately not be honoured and customers will be required to follow our standard Refund Policy procedure.
Can I edit my order?
You have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to edit any order in the capacity of changing or adding items, and/or requesting multiple orders to be shipped together. You may edit your shipping address up until you have received confirmation that your order has been fulfilled and ready for shipment.

How do I start a return process?
Please email us at email@example.com, with the order number and piece(s) you want to return, and someone from our customer service team will be happy to provide you with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive the returned product in good condition, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. All refunds will be applied to the original payment, excluding shipping fees.
If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take 5-10 business days before your refund is processed. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
