Do you ship outside of the Canada and US?

Yes, we ship to any international destination!*

*Please note some countries have suspended their courier services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to placing your order, please confirm with your local courier service that international packages will be accepted and cleared by your Customs Department. Unfortunately, if an order has shipped to a country with suspended service, the order will be returned back to us.

**Please also note that Russia currently has restrictions on all dutiable shipments sent to private individuals, and will not accept any orders.

How much is shipping?

We offer Free Local Delivery or Pick-Up for all orders over $50 in Toronto Area.

Canada - Free standard shipping on all orders.

US - $20 CAD for standard shipping on orders over $300 CAD (before tax), or $25 CAD for standard shipping.

International (excluding Australia) - $20 CAD standard shipping on orders over $500 CAD (before tax), or $40 CAD for standard shipping.

Australia - $20 CAD standard shipping on orders over $600 CAD (before tax), or $50 CAD for standard shipping.


Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

How long does it take for my delivery?

Orders are typically processed from our warehouse in one day. During a high volume of orders, processing takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping times:

Local free pick-up service - 2- 4 business days

(if the item is available in our Toronto store it can take 1-2 business days)

Local free delivery in Toronto Area - 2- 4 business days

(if the item is available in our Toronto store it can take 1-2 business days)

USA and Canada standard shipping – 5 to 12 business days

International standard shipping – 7 to 12 business days

Please be mindful that you may experience unusually long shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and standard shipping times may not apply. 


How do pre-orders work?

Pre-ordered items are estimated to ship in 2-4 weeks, but please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will do our absolute best to get your piece(s) to you as soon as possible. Orders placed with a mix of in stock and pre-ordered items will be put on hold until your entire order is ready for fulfillment.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-ordered items, you will be refunded your full amount. 

Will I be charged duties or importing fees?

Please note items shipped outside of the United States or Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through SA/MO Collection Inc. by Samira Morshedi.

Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

What courier service do you use?

We use DHL eCommerce, USPS, UPS, FedEx and Canada Post for orders shipped to the US and Canada, and DHL Express for all international orders.

Please note once an international order arrives in the destination country, DHL may pass off the delivery to the local courier service. Your DHL tracking page will include the Tracking # provided by the local courier service.
